PAYMENT TERMS & TIMELINE
Payment for services rendered by My Wholesale Business Card will be paid in full upon order submission – verbal or electronically. Based on both service and product process, My Wholesale Business Card holds the right to process payment immediately upon order receipt. By submitting your order either verbally or electronically, you agree to consent to these conditions. By submitting your order, you acknowledge the general time frame of three weeks for production, after artwork approval. You also acknowledge delays may occur for any extended period of time. My Wholesale Business Card will make all attempts to fulfill your order complete, in a timely manner. My Wholesale Business Card can not and will not ever, under any circumstances, promise delivery by, or somehow guarantee, delivery of services rendered by a certain date.
REFUND POLICY
We are committed to your 100% satisfaction on product and service. Should any issues arise with your order, every attempt will be made to satisfy your needs. Should you require a refund prior to any internal process having been performed, a refund less 8% of total processed amount will be returned electronically or via check. If artwork service has been performed, a refund less your artwork set-up fee ($60 per order, including packaged promotional offers) is possible. After your written artwork approval, no refund is possible as the service has been rendered and production has started on these made-to-order products. Please note clients are responsible for all spelling/grammar mistakes on their cards, once they have approved said artwork for production. Once approved for production, artwork updates or changes are not possible. Any issue with production should be noted within 30 DAYS of product delivery. We cannot re-produce or review issues with orders delivered after 30 days.
RESTRICTION OF LIABILITY
My Wholesale Business Card will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure. My Wholesale Business Card will not be liable for any damages or injury, including but not limited to, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if there is negligence of My Wholesale Business Card. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you to the extent that applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. My Wholesale Business Card total liability to you for all losses, damages, and causes of action (in contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence), or otherwise) will not be greater than the amount you paid to access this site.
The purchaser is responsible for the product shipment once it has left our office. Orders stolen from a business or home after delivery are not the responsibility of My Wholesale Business Card. The purchaser assumes the responsibilty of supplying an address that is safe from theft. Our shipments do not require a signature; however, one may be requested for no additional charge.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Material from www.mywholesalebc.wpengine.com and any other site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by My Wholesale Business Card or any of its related, affiliated, or subsidiary companies may not be copied or distributed, or republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way, without the prior written consent of My Wholesale Business Card. EXCEPTION: You may promote this website and its content via Email, website link, printed material and other, provided you do not delete or change any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. The material in this site is provided for lawful purposes only. All external promotion must include reference to ownership by My Wholesale Business Card.
SUBMISSIONS
All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information communicated to My Wholesale Business Card, either verbally or through this site, via Email or via other means, (together, the “submission”) will forever be the property of My Wholesale Business Card. My Wholesale Business Card will not be required to treat any submission as confidential, and will not be liable for any ideas for its business (including without limitation, product, or advertising ideas) and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future My Wholesale Business Card operations. Without limitation, My Wholesale Business Card will have exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to the submission of every kind and nature everywhere. Except as noted below in this paragraph, My Wholesale Business Card will be entitled to use the submission for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever without compensation to you or any other person sending the submission. Personally identifiable information that may be received at this site is provided voluntarily by a visitor to this site. TERMINATION
My Wholesale Business Card or you may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate this agreement by destroying: (a) all materials obtained from all My Wholesale Business Card sites, and (b) all related documentation and all copies and installations(together, the “Materials”). My Wholesale Business Card may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of California, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Possible evidence of use of this site for illegal purposes will be provided to law enforcement authorities. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of this site. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent to receive autodialed marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you have opted in, the Service provides updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.), promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders)] from the Service via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Text the single keyword command STOP to +1 (855) 770-3392 to cancel at any time.] You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. If you have subscribed to other My Wholesale Business Card mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information with us related to your receipt of messages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
