Our in-house graphic design team will render your first digital proof within 24 working hours of your purchase (generally it’s within a few hours, depending on workload).

Once your first proof is complete you will receive an Email with a link to your design for review and approval – please be sure to check your spam folder just in case the Email ends up there.

You can submit any revisions and questions to your designer, or confirm your proof for production through the link that is emailed to you.

General production time is approximately 2-3 weeks after artwork confirmation. Please call or write for expedited delivery after production.

If you are supplying vector artwork in the correct vector layout, there are no set-up fees. If you would like us to design your card, we offer a design service with up to 5 revisions for $100.

Yes. Everything we produce at My Metal Business Card is made-to-order. That said, we can produce letterhead up to 8.5x11”, or conversely, smaller than our standard 4 X 6”. Most projects use the 4 X 6” dimensions, which is included in our base pricing. If you view the ADVANCED SETTINGS drop down on this product page, you can also choose from one of our other custom sizes. If you are looking for a dimension not noted on the product page. That’s somewhat of a loaded question as there are many ways/services to deliver your letterdeads.

We offer two types of packaging, which we recommend, to protect and delivery your metal letterheads.The first envelope is an A4 size – this holds your letterhead tight, but doesn’t offer the rigidity needed for shipping. The second envelope is a ‘rigid mailer’ – a harder, flat envelope in which you will insert your metal letterhead in the previous A4 envelope. Together, this combination should ensure your metal letterhead arrive in good condition.

Most of our clients ship their letterheads through USPS in the envelopes noted above. Because the letterhead is rigid, the postage must be hand-cancelled. This can raise the price to roughly $2-3 postage per unit; however, we ask that you please contact your local Post Office for exact cost from your location to your guests. WEIGHT: 3 to 5 ounces DIMENSIONS: 9 X 7”. PLEASE NOTE THESE ONLY FIT OUR STANDARD 4 x 6 in. letterhead.

During the order process, first select your quantity. Next, select if you will supply your own artwork, or have our internal design team work on your layout. Either way, you can upload up to three files by clicking the ‘UPLOAD’ buttons under the Artwork Service step.

We like to make things simple. Our pricing includes all cut-through areas, all surface-etched areas, rounded corners and one screen printed color.

Yes, we offer Full Color Printing service for your cards. You can add this under the ADVANCED SETTINGS section of this product page.

Everything we produce is completely custom and made-to-order. You can choose the dimensions, cutouts, etching and printing on these custom cards. If you would like us to create a custom design to fit your needs, simply write all the your content and design specs in the 'Design Content' portion of this product page. Be sure to add the DESIGN SERVICE and once the order is placed, we will assign you a designer from our team to bring your letterhead needs to life!
