Is there a set-up fee?

Absolutely not! This product includes the artwork set-up - FREE. Simply provide us the content you would like on the item, and you will receive a FREE digital proof for your approval, prior to production.

Is rush production and delivery available?

If you need expedited production please visit our Frequently Asked Questions for more information or use the Contact Us page to discuss your project. Expedited shipping options can be selected at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate freight fee of $10 per order shipping within the US – regardless of order size or weight! All orders ship via FedEx Ground, unless noted otherwise. Please contact us for expedited shipping needs.

What is the general turnaround time?

This product is ready-to-ship within 3-4 business days of your artwork confirmation.

What is leatherette?

Leatherette is a fake, eco-friendly leather that has the look and feel of natural leather. Our leatherette products are laser etched to produce your design in laser etching for high contrast.

Can I print a full color image or multi-color logo on this product?

At this point, personalization is completed using a state-of-the-art laser. This laser reproduces your artwork in a contrasting color against the leatherette; color is not currently available.

Order Process

STEP 1  |  ORDER    Select your quantity and desired color option and place your order through our secure check-out.  You can select one of our modern pre-made logo designs or upload your own and enter any notes necessary. Remember all set-up is included - FREE!

STEP 2  |  PROOFING PROCESS    Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a digital proof.  Please note any changes and our designers will worth with you until you love the design.  Once you''re completely satisfied, confirm your artwork for production.

STEP 3  |  PRODUCTION & SHIPPING    After confirming your artwork, you will receive an Email with tracking in 5 business days or less (please call for expedited options).  Track your order status at any time in the My Account portal on our website.
