Our in-house graphic design team will render your first digital proof within 24 working hours of your purchase (generally it’s within a few hours, depending on workload).

Once your first proof is complete you will receive an Email with a link to your design for review and approval – please be sure to check your spam folder just in case the Email ends up there.

You can submit any revisions and questions to your designer, or confirm your proof for production through the link that is emailed to you.

General production time is between two to three weeks after artwork confirmation. Please call or write for expedited delivery after production.

If you are supplying vector artwork in the correct layout, there are no set-up fees. If you would like us to design your card, we offer a design service with up to five changes.

Our standard production time is 2-3 weeks, but if you need expedited production please contact us on our contact page.

Yes! We call this variable data - it’s applied with a state-of-the-art laser. You may add this to your order in the check-out process. To specify your variable information, simply upload an Excel file along with your artwork, or note that you would like each invitation numbered 001 – 100, or 1001 – 1100, etc. You may also specify the font for your variable information. Please call us with any questions.

Popularized by a good client, we have seen many folks use the 4 X 6” invitation as a ‘blank sheet’ (with only his/her logo and contact etched at the top or bottom) to make a unique metal thank you note.

During the order process, first select your quantity. Next, select if you will supply your own artwork, or have our internal design team work on your layout. Either way, you can upload up to three files by clicking the ‘UPLOAD’ buttons under the Artwork Service step.

We like to make things simple. Our pricing includes all cut-through areas, all surface-etched areas, rounded corners and one screen printed color.

Yes, we offer a Full Color Printing service for your cards. This is an additional cost per side. Please call or write to review your design needs with this option.

That’s somewhat of a loaded question as there are many ways/services to delivery your invitations.

We offer two types of packaging, which we recommend, to protect and delivery your metal invitations. The first envelope is an A4 size – this holds your invitation tight, but doesn’t offer the rigidity needed for shipping. The second envelope is a ‘rigid mailer’ – a harder, flat envelope in which you will insert your metal invitation in the previous A4 envelope. Together, this combination should ensure your metal invitations arrive in good condition.

Most of our clients ship their invitations through USPS in the envelopes noted above. Because the invitation is rigid, the postage must be hand-cancelled. This can raise the price; however, we ask that you please contact your local Post Office for exact cost from your location to your guests. WEIGHT: 3 to 5 ounces DIMENSIONS: 9 X 7”

Indirectly, yes. Often, clients will purchase our Metal VIP Passes, which measure 2.75 X 4.5”. Of course, they don’t use this product as a VIP Pass, but rather a metal Save the Date of those dimensions.
