LogoSoft™ Personalized Anti-Fatigue Floormats can be cleaned by scrubbing with a deck brush (when needed), using detergent with a neutral pH, and rinsing with a hose or pressure washer. Mats should be laid flat or hung to dry.
Our products will be shipped within 5-7 business days following artwork approval via FedEx Ground from Georgia. Delivery times vary based on your location. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that all delivery dates and times are estimates.
White is prone to discolor and cannot be used as the background or any part of the imprint area. The product's color palette offers three light colors to use in place of White: F5, N9 and N10. The background color of the imprint area should not be set to these light colors. It is difficult to keep the logo clean through the manufacturing process.
PMS colors can be matched for an additional one-time fee of $750 per PMS color. A maximum of 4 PMS colors may be matched in any given design.*
We will do our best to match a PMS color, however, color matching can be extremely challenging. Although we can get close, color is never an exact science and variations will occur. An exact color match is vulnerable to many factors, including the fact that we use a hot press to combine the rubber surface and cushion backing. Heat from the press often causes the color to lighten. Typically, we can get close to most PMS colors, but the final color may be a few shades off. For the PMS color to be as close as possible, we require additional time to create the proof sketch

Pricing for logo mats is based on individual design number. Different design numbers may not be combined for quantity discounts.
Please note, mat sizes are approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.

STEP 2 | PROOFING PROCESS Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a digital proof and can confirm you artwork for production.
STEP 3 | PRODUCTION & SHIPPING After confirming your artwork, you will receive an Email with tracking in roughly 5 business days. Track your order status at any time in the My Account portal on our website.
