Is there a set-up fee?

Absolutely not! This product includes the artwork set-up - FREE. Simply provide us the content you would like on the item, and you will receive a FREE digital proof for your approval, prior to production.

Is rush production and delivery available?

Can I print a full color image of multi-color logo on this product?

At this point, personalization is completed using a state-of-the-art laser. This laser etches into the wood surface; color is not currently available.

What is the general turnaround time?

This product is ready-to-ship within 3-4 business days of your artwork confirmation.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. All orders ship via FedEx Ground, unless noted otherwise. Please contact us for expedited shipping needs.

Order Process

STEP 1: ORDER - Pick your quantity and place your order through our secure check-out. Upload your logo or drawing and specify any notes about your design in the notes section of "Artwork Service".

STEP 2: PROOFING PROCESS - In 24 business hours or less, you will receive a free digital proof from a Client Services team member. Please note any changes necessary, or confirm your artwork for production.

STEP 3: PRODUCTION & SHIPPING - After confirming your artwork, your order will be etched on our state-of-the-art lasers. Your order will be completed, inspected and shipped via FedEx Ground in 3-4 business days. If you are ordering this product with metal business cards, they will ship together when the cards are ready. Please call for expedited shipping and higher quantities.
